Charges for the disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Tuesday, 25 February 2025 14:34The Eastern Civic Amenity Site Joint Committee announced new charges for waste electrical items on January 10, 2025. This followed a notification from the Department of Infrastructure (DOI) on December 23, 2024, regarding the appointment of a new contractor for “the collection, storage, and export for recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and household batteries”.
