Waste Services is a function of the Environment and Regeneration department and is responsible for domestic and commercial refuse collection – including kerbside recycling collection as well as general street cleaning throughout the city of Douglas.

To sign up:
- Make sure you have the most up to date version of the Whatsapp software on your device
- Follow the link to the Douglas City Council Waste Services channel – Douglas City Council Waste Services WhatsApp Channel or scan the following QR code on your device
