Bulk waste collection
Did you know we have a domestic and commercial bulk waste collection service for waste items that cannot be accommodated in wheeled bins or taken by the householder to the civic amenity site?
Acceptable bulk waste examples:
- Large furniture items;
- Televisions;
- Refrigerators and freezers.
Unacceptable bulk waste examples:
- Chairs or sofa’s with reclining foot rests
- Bed setee’s with a pull out section for mattress
- Loose garden waste;
- Building waste.
How does this service work?
- The first step is to get in touch with us to let us know what you need to get rid of, for simple or single items we can usually advise these charges over the phone, if you have a lot of items that are mixed in size and type, it is usually better for us to come out and carry out an inspection so we can do a cost-assessment.
- Once we have taken a look at what you need to dispose of, we will write up and send you a quotation of costs.
- If you would like to go ahead with the service, you will first need to pay the fees and we will book you in for a collection.
