Noble's Park Masterplan Expressions of Interest

Located in Upper Douglas near the TT Grandstand, Noble’s Park is one of the Isle of Man’s most important open spaces. Since its transfer to the Council in 1911, the Park has grown into a vital hub for community, sporting, and cultural events and plays a pivotal role during the world-famous Isle of Man TT and MGP races. This underscores its significance not only as a cherished local amenity, but also as a key national and tourism asset.

The Council is seeking to engage designers with a proven track record in landscape architecture and master planning, who can bring innovative, sustainable and inclusive design approaches to help shape the Park’s future.

Interested parties should demonstrate relevant experience and a clear understanding of the Park’s heritage, role and potential within the wider urban and cultural context of Douglas.
