Events and Party Recycling

Thursday, 10 May 2012 13:07

Public events and private parties often create a huge amount of waste. Whether it’s a sports game, school festival ora simple private party, when people come together waste tends to be left in their wake – these materials can be a valuable resource when recycled.

Spring sprang with a host of daffodils at the Henry Bloom Noble Library when it held a children’s Easter creative activity session led by senior library assistant Shirley Moore.

Local author Rakie Keig will be speaking about her third full-length novel to be published, Home Ground, at the Henry Bloom Noble Library on Wednesday May 9th.
