Deputy Mayoress receives chain of office

His Worship the Mayor of Douglas Councillor Stan Cain JP has presented Mrs Catherine Joughin with her Deputy Mayoress chain of office. 

 

Mrs Joughin, who will serve alongside the Deputy Mayor,  her husband, Councillor Jon Joughin, was unable to attend the mayoral installation on May 14th.
